This is blocking off any area in general without any way to get around.[/b] [*][b]No Prop spamming. Prop spamming can harm server stability and will result in a kick or ban.[/b] [*][b]Do not abuse props and the precision tool. By this, I mean using the precision tool to put a prop outside of the map. This doesn't include items in a raid. Only thieves can steal.[/b] [*][b]NITRP will result in a ban[/b] [*][b]Advert only mug/warns/kidnap/and counter[/b] [*][b]Cannot drop and re-pickup to gain back armor while in combat, raiding any facility, “Over” must be adverted to end any situation prior to dropping and picking up your suit.[/b] [*][b]You must /advert "Kidnap" when trying to kidnap someone. You cannot say "you have been gagged/stripped of weapons/stuffed in a bag" etc. This is seen as Fail RP.[/b] [*][b]Only the police may interfere with the kidnapping unless a friend of the victim.[/b] [*][b]While being kidnapped, and held captive, you cannot request help in party chat/OOC/advert. It is Fail RP.[/b] [*][b]You can only use bludgeon when kidnapping.[/b] [*][b]You can only blindfold/gag a person when transporting them to your base. So when they're inside, you must ungag and remove the blindfold.[/b] [*][b]5 minutes is the maximum amount of time you can have someone held hostage.[/b] [*][b]The maximum you can force someone to pay to be released is $50,000[/b] [*][b]You can only have two people held hostage at a time[/b] [*][b]The following jobs can't be mugged:[/b] [*][b]Hobo[/b] [*][b]Police Swat Military Any Job with an arrest/unarrest baton (excluding Mayor)[/b] [*][b]We allow binds/macros, however, when it comes to mugging or kidnapping, rules are put in place to ensure a fair environment.[/b] [*][b]RAIDING RULES[/b] [*][b] Do not glitch inside of bases[/b] [*][b]No not break NLR[/b] [*][b]You have to advert counter[/b] [*][b]Do not raid as a citizen [/b] [*][b]There is a 5-minute cooldown between each mugging.[/b] [*][b]You do NOT have to advert raid[/b] [*][b]You have to make it clear that your target is being mugged.[/b] [*][b]The player must be given a minimum of 10 seconds to drop the money, but you may kill them if they attempt to flee or fight back.[/b] [*][b]Do not spawn props while raiding[/b] [*][b]If you died in a raid you cannot interfere or go back to the base[/b] [*][b]You cannot raid bases with a building sign[/b] [*][b]You cannot raid or mug Hobos[/b] [*][b]Base takeovers are not allowed[/b] [*][b]No building barricades during any raids[/b] [*][b]Raid cooldown is 10 minutes, 35 minutes for the same person[/b] [*][b]Only some criminal jobs and government jobs may raid. This works as follows:[/b] [*][b]Criminal Classes/Jobs[/b] [*][b]Government Classes/Jobs.[/b] [*][b]You cannot assist in a raid at all after death.[/b] [*][b]You cannot create your own cover through props while raiding.[/b] [*][b]You can't camp a base, but you can stay, only to take money printers or collect drugs, but you can't produce more. After killing everyone in base 5 minutes is maximum time you can stay.[/b] [*][b]You cannot place a building sign to keep your base from being raided if a raid is already in progress.[/b] [*][b]You can kill anyone on the property you are raiding. However, you cannot kill people on the street unless they are firing at you / damaging you. You may kill a member of the base right outside the property, but they cannot be near another base.[/b] [/list] [b]BUILDING RULES[/b] [list] [*][b]Can't print while building[/b] [*][b]Make sure to put up a building sign[/b] [*][b]Maze bases are allowed[/b] [*][b]5 fading doors are allowed[/b] [*][b]Crouch bases are not allowed[/b] [*][b]Keypad must be visible[/b] [*][b]KOS is allowed in base[/b] [*][b]Black bases are not allowed[/b] [*][b]Parkour bases are not allowed[/b] [*][b]Do not build in the street unless hobo[/b] [*][b]You cannot RP while Building. This means you can't mug, raid, kidnap, sell, buy, etc.[/b] [*][b]All bases require at least one entrance in. Other entrances are allowed to be prop blocked.[/b] [*][b]Keypad must be on for 5 secs minimum.[/b] [*][b]The entrance to your base cannot use more than 5 fading doors. You may have an extra fading door to build a small container for printers and other entities in your base but it cannot be another layer of defense.[/b] [*][b]No invisible props or entities. This is using an invisible material on something. UNLESS THE INVISIBLE PROP IS ON A WORLD WINDOW.[/b] [*][b]No-collided props cannot be placed right next to other buyable doors. This makes the entrance unable to be lockpicked as the player will not be able to finish lock picking the second door before the first door becomes materialized.[/b] [*][b]Double fading doors count as 2 fading doors.[/b] [*][b]You can't use "one-way" props that you can shoot through (by using the material glitch or any other means).[/b] [*][b]Keypad must be for every fading door.[/b] [*][b]There has to be room for at least 2 players to fit between each fading door.[/b] [*][b]Mega Bases are allowed. This means you're allowed to block off an area. Although, there must be 2 people per building to block off an area. You cannot block off or put KOS lines in the beginning of tunnels, you must block off near your base. You can only base with jobs that you're allowed to base within these Mega Bases. You may not mega-base in the 3-section tunnel near spawn.[/b] [/list] [b]RESPECT TO OTHERS [/b] [list] [*][b]Harassment of any kind (Sexual / Racial / Etc) is unacceptable and punishable. If you want to make small jokes between your friends, make sure it stays that way. Blatantly harassing a player right next to you is what we deem as unacceptable.[/b] [*][b]No singling out others for out of character reasons. Nobody enjoys being made fun of, so simply don't do it. This includes disabilities, religion, ethnicity.[/b] [*][b]In addition to rule 4, do not constantly target players/staff.
